  • 1 + ½ can (600gms) condensed milk
  • ¾ cup (150gms) melted butter
  • ¾ cup (180ml) milk
  • 1 + ½ tsp (7ml) vanilla
  • For ganache:
  • 1 + ¾ cup (300gms) chocolate
  • 1 + ½ cup (270gms) heavy cream
  • For Glaze
  • 1+ ½ cup (260gms) chocolate
  • 6 tbsp (75gms) butter
  • 2 tbsp (40gms) corn syrup

Instructions:

  1. You need to reheat the oven at 180 degree C. Line two 8inch cake pans with oil and parchment paper.
  2. Now adding the dry ingredients. This includes maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Use another bowl add in melted butter and condensed milk. Mix the contents and add in milk and vanilla.
  4. Mix all the contents together in a single bowl.
  5. Use a baking and place the batter inside it. Now bake it for around 30 minutes.

For ganache:

  1. Use a saucepan and place on low flame. You will need to heat the cream for a few minutes.
  2. you can pour the cream on the chopped chocolate and leave it 1 minute. Mix both the chocolate and cream.

  4. You can layer the cake with the whipped ganache. Use it to cover the cake.

You require only cocoa powder, baking soda and chocolate. We have used a bitter sweet chocolate to get the molten lava. We may suggest that you use Cadbury chocolate. You can either use whole wheat flour or the chakki ground organic whole wheat flour.

However, you can use the all-purpose flour.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces (150g) baking chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup (120g) unsalted butter*, diced
  • 1 pinch sea salt (optional)
  • ⅔ cup (130g) sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅓ cup + 1 Tablespoon (1.8 ounces /50g) all-purpose flour, sifted

Instructions

  1. You need to preheat the oven to 210 degree C.
  2. Smear butter on 4-6 small ramekins on all sides.
  3. You can dust the inside with flour.
  4. Blend the chocolate & butter inside a pan.
  5. Then, place the contents on a pan, on a low flame, and continually stir them. Now, take the butter, and chocolate, place them both in a bowl, place the bowl, inside a microwave, and heat for 30 seconds.
  6. Now, add some salt, when you are using salted butter, then no need to use the salt. Take a medium mixing bowl, mix the sugar & the eggs in them. You can also make use of the sugar, and now mix the chocolate contents, with the egg mixture.
  7. Add the sifted flour. Fill the contents inside the ramekins. Don’t fill them up till the brim, but only half-full. You can bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove, when you notice the sides of the cakes are firm. The center has to be slightly jiggly. Let the cake cool for a few minutes. Use a sharp knife, unmould the cake from the sides, and lift them up.
